CT Biodiesel will withdraw its court appeal of the town's rejection of a proposed $65 million biodiesel fuel production facility, company Executive Vice President P. Wayne Moore said Friday.
"That type of legal appeal, we determined, was not consistent with where we're going on our development efforts," Moore said. "It's a very protracted process."
