DAKOTA CITY, Iowa (AP) - Plans for a biodiesel plant near Hardy have fizzled because of rising costs for construction and raw materials.
The Humboldt County Board of Supervisors on Monday agreed to terminates an agreement between Future Energy and the Iowa Department of Economic Development.
