What began as an adventurous road trip by a group of Seattle friends has grown into a quest to provide biodiesel to Third World countries.
The group formed the project BioRide 2008, converting a 1985 Chevrolet Suburban to run on waste vegetable oil, vegetable oil or biodiesel. The vehicle made a stop this weekend in the Ozarks before heading east around the perimeter of the country.
