His company, BARD — Biofuel Advance Research & Development LLC of Philadelphia — is coming to Falls. It will be the fourth — and Khanna says the largest — biodiesel company in Pennsylvania.
By early 2010, he said the plant will produce 60 million gallons of biodiesel fuel annually.
