July 21 (Bloomberg New Energy Finance) -- Renewable Energy Group Inc., the largest U.S. biodiesel producer, said it bought Tellurian Biodiesel Inc. and American BDF LLC to increase access to used cooking oil for its facilities.

Terms weren’t disclosed. The acquisitions give Renewable Energy 16,000 cooking-oil collection installations nationwide, the Ames, Iowa-based company said in a July 20 statement
