A foreclosure action against Keokuk's nearly three-year-old biodiesel company, Tri-City Energy, has been put on hold.
First Midwest Bank of Davenport filed a petition in equity in Iowa District Court on Oct. 15.

“The petition has been put on hold pending the infusion of cash from ABR,” Al Moander, Tri-City Energy marketing director, said this morning.
