VIRGINIA BEACH -- A draft report on alternative energy for Va. Beach will be reviewed for the first time Thursday night.
The Mayor's Alternative Energy Task Force met six times last year to review the latest developments in wind power, natural gas, algae for biodiesel fuel, wave and tidal current energy, offshore drilling for oil and gas, solar power and climate change.
