Leviev to invest heavily in Namibian biodiesel venture

Namibian newspaper New Era reports that LL Biofuels Namibia, controlled by Lev Leviev, has obtained 300,000 hectares of land in the country to plant jatropha, from which biodiesel will be produced.

The company will experiment to see which variety of jatropha is most suited to the region.
