Baguio City (5 September) -- The USAID - Energy and Clean Air Project (ECAP), in cooperation with Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environment Management Bureau, Department of Transportation and Communication and the University of Cordilleras held a National Emission Standard Advocacy Forum in the city last Sept 2.
Attended by representatives from government agencies, local government units, private sector and the academe, the objective of the forum is to inform the people/stakeholders and to build a coalition among different sector of the society, as far as clean air is concerned, according to Ms Edna Tabanda of ECAP Baguio.
