MANILA, Philippines - The National Capital Regional Police Office (NCRPO) is currently waiting for the Department of Science and Technology’s certification that the organization could use biodiesel for patrol cars.
QTV’s Balitanghali’s newscast Saturday quoted NCRPO Chief Director Geary Barias as saying that if their proposal is approved, he would recommend that police in Metro Manila use biofuel - a mix of diesel and used cooking oil.
