Express Testing - Basic
Fleet offers in-house threshold testing for B100 and biodiesel fuel blends. Water/Visual Clarity, Acid Number, Percent Biodiesel, Total Glycerin and Microbial Field Tests are performed by Fleet-certified technicians and results are provided on the same day that the fuel sample is received. (Microbial test results take 48 hours.) This test requires 200ml of fuel and results are Pass / No Pass).

Total Glycerin Test - Same Day Results!
This is a quantitative non-ASTM test for total glycerin, ideal for small producers that are "dialing in" their processor for ASTM quality fuel production. This test is just a fraction of the price of an ASTM glycerin test and has 98% quantitative correlation.

Percent Biodiesel
This is a popular test for fleet managers and retailers who need to verify the biodiesel component of their fuel. Percentages are given in 10% increments (e.g. "Between 30% and 40% biodiesel". Results are available within 24 hours of receiving the fuel sample.

Fuel Diagnosis for Biodiesel Blends
This is a quantitative lab test intended to identify the most common contaminant-related causes of petro- and biodiesel fuel failure. Results take approximately 2 days.
