Biodiesel and Diesel Test Kits
Fleet Fuel Testing has developed the first field test kits for use with all blends of biodiesel and diesel fuel. Our test kits provide immediate, unambiguous indicators of fuel quality without the need for technical expertise. These simple tests are ideal for anyone who uses biodiesel or diesel fuel in their commercial or personal vehicles, giving immediate feedback on whether a fuel meets basic criteria for use. Distributors and fleet managers can incorporate these cost-effective tests as a basic part of their fuel quality management program.
Field test kits are currently available for Water and Visual Clarity, Acid Number (for biodiesel blends and diesel fuel), Microbial and Bacterial contamination, Percent Biodiesel, and Biodiesel Detection in diesel fuel.

Biodiesel Lab Testing
Fleet Fuel Testing has developed a rapid-turnaround, "key indicator" suite of lab tests for biodiesel fuel blends (e.g. B20). These tests are intended for biodiesel distributors and end-users (e.g. fleet managers, retailers), and are more comprehensive than the field tests. Our custom test panel includes: free and total glycerin, cold flow, cloud point, flash point, and acid number. Results are provided through one of our regional testing facilities and are posted on our website within 24 hours of sample receipt, rather than the typical 3 to 5 days of most testing labs.

Diesel Fuel Sampling Kits
Everything you need to get samples out of your fuel storage tank! Sampling devices for large distribution tanks, home heating oil tanks, and all sizes in between. Each sampling kit includes basic instructions on use and personal safety equipment.
Diesel Fuel Filtering and Remediation
Diesel producers and distributors can maintain their fuel to specifications or in many cases bring out-of-spec fuel back into spec by using Fleet Fuel Testing's filtration and remediation solutions. These solutions use specialized equipment from industry-leading filtration and decontamination experts that is designed for production level volume and diesel quality requirements.
Recommended Diesel Testing
Testing type and frequency depend on your specific diesel application (e.g. distributor or end-user) and the acceptable level of risk. We have provided some guidelines for testing, based upon the ASTM quality standards and our experience in the industry. These guidelines (profiles) are estimates based on typical biodiesel usage - in other words: you should adapt these guidelines to meet your own fuel quality requirements.
